We just brewed our first pot of coffee with the Sowden Softbrew. It’s easily the best cup of coffee I’ve ever made at home. So smooth with no grounds whatsoever thanks to their stainless microfilter. It’s like having coffee brewed with a french press with none of the grit. Easy as pie to clean up too. Must have accessory for the coffee lover.

Released a little while ago, Google Earth 6.0 adds integrated street view and 3D trees. I had trouble finding any 3D trees, but it’s an interesting idea nonetheless. Always an essential app.
